These terms govern your use of NxtGuest, a turnover-coordination service for short-term rental hosts operated by Hwa Labs, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
NxtGuest connects to the booking calendars you provide, detects turnovers, and coordinates cleaning work with the cleaners you add, primarily by SMS and in-app notifications. It's a coordination tool: you remain responsible for your properties, your guest commitments, and your working relationship with your cleaners, including any employment, contracting, or payment arrangements between you.
Keep your account credentials to yourself and give the service accurate information. You must be at least 18 to use NxtGuest. Only add a cleaner's phone number if you have their permission to be contacted about cleaning work; each cleaner confirms by opting in before coordination texts begin.
Don't use the service to send unlawful or harassing messages, don't try to break or probe its infrastructure, and don't use it for anything other than coordinating legitimate property-turnover work.
Your first property is free. Additional properties require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple account, that renews automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. New subscribers get an introductory free month, and new accounts get a 30-day trial of every feature. Refunds are handled by Apple.
SMS coordination depends on carriers and can be delayed or fail; the service surfaces delivery problems where it can, but no guarantee of delivery is made. Message and data rates may apply to cleaners. Cleaners can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
You keep ownership of the information you put into NxtGuest (properties, notes, photos). You give Hwa Labs, LLC the limited license needed to store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. NxtGuest does not guarantee that a cleaning will be scheduled, performed, or completed to any standard; cleaners are not employees, contractors, or agents of Hwa Labs, LLC.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hwa Labs, LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and it is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost bookings or revenue.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Hwa Labs, LLC may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or put the service or its users at risk.
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the service or these terms.
If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the service means you accept them.
