Hwa Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the NxtGuest mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials (via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, email/password, or phone verification).

Property Information: Hosts provide property names, addresses, calendar URLs (iCal feeds from Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com), default checkout/check-in times, cleaning instructions, and door codes.

Cleaner Information: Hosts add cleaners by name and phone number. Cleaners interact with the Service primarily via SMS text messages.

SMS Data: We send and receive SMS text messages to and from cleaning professionals for job assignments, confirmations, briefings, and completion tracking. Message content, timestamps, and delivery status are stored for service operation.

Usage Data: We collect analytics data including app interactions, feature usage, crash reports, and device information through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the Service, including calendar synchronization and turnover detection
• To send SMS notifications to cleaning professionals for job coordination
• To provide real-time status updates between hosts and cleaners
• To process subscriptions and billing
• To improve the Service through analytics and crash reporting
• To respond to support requests

3. SMS Messaging

NxtGuest sends automated SMS text messages to cleaning professionals added by hosts. These messages include job assignments, day-of briefings, completion confirmations, and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on cleaning activity.

Cleaners can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, cloud functions, storage, analytics, crash reporting
• Twilio — SMS message delivery and receiving
• Apple / Google — Sign-in authentication, in-app purchase processing

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (via Firebase) in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase security rules, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Turnover and SMS records are retained for 90 days after completion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP)
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date.
